We seek a candidate with technical or professional education in food science, chemistry, or related fields, who can join an initial process of evaluation, training, and profiling — after which the official position best suited to their skills, performance, and company needs will be defined. The objective is to develop a profile capable of supporting various areas currently being strengthened at VeronaMX, such as: * Product development. * Quality assurance. * Process auditing. * Production control and monitoring. * Batch mixing review. * Process documentation. * Continuous improvement. * Technical support on the production floor. During the first stage, the selected candidate will participate in an initial project designed to assess their adaptability, technical judgment, responsibility, learning capacity, and operational performance. **Main Responsibilities** * Support production process monitoring. * Review batch mixtures, in-process products, and general manufacturing conditions. * Assist with basic quality controls on the production floor. * Conduct observations and prepare reports on production processes. * Participate in internal process audits. * Assist in documenting activities, deviations, and incidents. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Support product testing, adjustments, or improvements. * Participate in activities related to development, quality, and production. * Integrate into internal training and evaluation processes. **Requirements** * Technical degree, incomplete bachelor’s degree, intern, or graduate in one of the following fields: * Food Chemistry * Food Engineering * Industrial Chemistry * Chemical Engineering * Biotechnology * Or a related field * Interest in developing a career within the food production sector. * Basic knowledge of or interest in quality, processes, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices. * Availability to work primarily on the night shift. * Availability for temporary rotation or training during other shifts. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to follow instructions and document observations. * Positive attitude toward learning and adapting to different areas. * Technical judgment and attention to detail. **Work Schedule** The base shift for this vacancy is **night shift**: **10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.** 7 active hours \+ 1 hour break. During training, evaluation, or due to specific operational needs, temporary availability for other shifts may be requested: **Morning shift:** 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Afternoon shift:** 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Although this vacancy focuses primarily on the night shift, willingness to rotate, undergo training, and provide temporary support across other shifts is essential. **Hiring and Training Process** The hiring process lasts approximately **1 to 2 weeks**, depending on interviews, profile assessment, and candidate availability. Subsequently, a training and profiling process lasting approximately **1 to 3 months** is planned. During this period, the following will be evaluated: * Team integration. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Learning capacity. * Performance on the production floor. * Technical judgment. * Instruction adherence. * Documentation and organization. * Affinity with areas such as development, quality, process auditing, or production. Upon completion of this period, the official position to be offered — along with its specific responsibilities — can be determined more clearly. Salary adjustments may be reviewed later, based on performance, results, and level of responsibility assumed. **Salary** The initial salary offered is: **$11,000\.00 per month** This salary applies to the initial integration, training, and evaluation phase.
