A logistics sector company is seeking: **Procurement Coordinator** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum experience: 2 years in similar positions. **Knowledge of:** * Domestic and international procurement processes. * Direct and indirect procurement. * Administrative processes. * Invoicing. * Google Workspace. * Customer service. * Order tracking. * Internal and external purchase orders. * SAE system operation. **Responsibilities:** * Manage quotations, purchase orders, supplier evaluations, and negotiations across various work centers. * Maintain up-to-date supplier directory and contracts. * Review and validate supplier invoices against contracts and purchase orders. * Data entry into the SAE system. * Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and product quality.
