We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping our clients' business and operational processes, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. **Responsibilities:** * Understand client needs and objectives to optimize their processes. Analyze and map operational and business processes, identifying improvement opportunities. * Design customized solutions using frameworks and tools such as Swimlane, SOPs, flowcharts, and relationship maps. * Document requirements for software and automation solution implementation. * Coordinate with the development team to ensure correct solution execution. * Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and quality standards. * Manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. * Provide guidance to internal teams based on customer insights. * Stay updated on trends and technologies in process optimization and automation. **Requirements:** * Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical degrees with a technology focus. * Solid knowledge of business processes and project management methodologies (including Agile). * Experience in project management or product implementations. * Analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights. * Proficiency with frameworks and tools such as Swimlane, SOPs, flowcharts, and relationship maps. * Ability to work autonomously, within large teams, and with a results-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. * Passion for operational optimization, automation, and technology applied to business growth. * Proactive and “can-do” attitude. **Desirable Qualifications** * Advanced proficiency in English or German. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary with additional sales commissions. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Flexible, inclusive, and collaborative environment with hybrid work arrangements. * Participation in challenging projects with real impact on clients’ operational optimization. * Internal growth opportunities and learning of new technologies and methodologies. * Team integration and wellness activities.
