Job Summary: Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve objectives, make decisions, ensure constant communication, and manage cash handling and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and cash handling * Supervise that all team members meet and exceed sales targets. * Collaborate as a team and lead subordinates effectively. * Make decisions and assign tasks to achieve objectives. * Maintain constant communication with the zone coordinator and work team, fostering an excellent working environment. * Conduct cash register audits and ensure sufficient change is available in the register; assume responsibility for product payments (cash, credit card, or debit card). * Always secure cash in the safe and deliver it to the designated service. * Provide customer service by preparing and offering additional products.
