Collaborative work with quality, production, and logistics departments Quirort, an expert company in its field, is seeking a Packaging Engineer. **Job Objective** Design, develop, and optimize packaging solutions for products, ensuring protection, sterility (where applicable), regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency, aligned with quality standards of the medical sector. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in packaging development or engineering. * Experience in manufacturing sector **Knowledge:** * Packaging materials and their properties. * Technical documentation management. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and validate packaging for products (primary, secondary, and tertiary). * Ensure product integrity during storage, transportation, and distribution. * Develop and execute packaging tests (strength, vibration, sealing, etc.). * Validate packaging processes (IQ, OQ, PQ where applicable). * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., ISO, NOM, FDA if applicable). * Prepare technical documentation: specifications, packaging instructions, FMEA, etc. * Collaborate with quality, production, and logistics departments. * Evaluate and select packaging materials (plastics, cardboard, medical-grade materials, etc.). * Optimize costs and reduce material waste. * Manage engineering changes related to packaging. **The company offers:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits Salary: Starting from $17,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
