**Maintenance Supervisor** **Description:** Grupo Sictel is looking for a committed and proactive **Maintenance Supervisor**, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of corporate facilities. This position is key to ensuring a safe, functional, and pleasant work environment for all employees. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in general office or similar facility maintenance. * Basic technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, painting, and air conditioning. * Basic knowledge of Safety and Hygiene (preferred) * Ability to efficiently and safely solve problems. * Proactive, organized attitude with a service focus. * Education: Completed high school (technical training preferred). **Main Responsibilities**: * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on corporate facilities. * Carry out **basic repairs** in areas such as: * **Electricity** (replacing lights, outlets, etc.) * **Painting** (touch-ups, aesthetic maintenance) * **Furniture** (adjustments, minor repairs) * **Plumbing** (leaks, toilets, sinks) * **Air conditioning** (filter cleaning, operation checks) * Monitor the general condition of offices and report major maintenance needs. * Coordinate with external vendors when specialized services are required. * Maintain a basic inventory of tools and materials necessary for repairs. **We Offer**: Monthly base salary through payroll Grocery vouchers Statutory benefits from the first day Life insurance Membership for gym access (starting from the 3rd month) Agreement for discounts on clinical tests and laboratories **Work Location:** * **Corporate Building:** Diagonal Patriotismo 260, Colonia Condesa, Cuauhtémoc, 06140 Ciudad de México, CDMX * **Integrated Operations and Distribution Center Sictel:** Calle José F.
