Participation in new product development projects. **Jolokev Group**, a company dedicated to beverage contract manufacturing and development under its own brand (W1SH), is seeking a **Laboratory and Formulation Manager** for on-site work at its plant in Arandas, Jalisco. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every contract-manufactured or proprietary product meets technical, microbiological, and stability standards, guaranteeing quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Beverage formulation development and adjustment. * Preparation of technical specifications and master batch records. * Physicochemical and microbiological analyses. * Stability testing and shelf-life determination. * Validation of production parameters. * Detection and correction of deviations. * Technical documentation control and retention. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in beverage or liquid food formulation. * Knowledge of pH, Brix, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable sanitary regulations. * Basic proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and document control.
