Opportunity to propose improvements in logistics processes. **Job Objective** Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of physical and digital inventories in the agrochemical warehouse, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards applicable to chemicals and hazardous materials. **Job Requirements** Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Experience * 2–3 years of experience in inventory auditing or warehouse control. * Experience handling chemicals or hazardous materials is preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic physical (cycle and comprehensive) inventory audits. * Verify product receipts, shipments, returns, and transfers. * Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records (warehouse management software). * Validate expiration dates, batch numbers, storage conditions, and rotation (FIFO). * Identify shrinkage, deviations, and potential operational risks. * Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations. * Propose improvements to internal controls and logistics processes. Technical Knowledge * Inventory control (cycle counts, physical counts, reconciliations). * Proficiency with warehouse management systems. * Regulations governing chemical storage. * Expiration date and batch tracking control. * Industrial safety standards.
