Component Quality Inspector Responsible for evaluating and determining the conformance of raw materials and finished products, ensuring specifications and quality criteria are met for use in production areas and/or direct distribution to customers according to current procedures.**Job Description** =================== **We are looking for a Component Quality Inspector:** Responsible for evaluating and determining the conformance of raw materials and finished products, ensuring specifications and quality criteria are met for use in production areas and/or direct distribution to customers according to current procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform sampling, labeling, visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials and finished products using established standard operating procedures; report out-of-specification results and determine the conformity or non-conformity of materials and products to ensure they meet standards and specifications that guarantee quality. In addition, prepare and maintain inspection reports and retention samples (when applicable), prepare documentation related to inspection determinations including material status identification labels, and conduct and update quarterly result trends in the laboratory, ensuring good documentation practices. * Transfer materials from the sampling area to the storage area within the quality laboratory for inspection, then transfer laboratory waste according to established procedures. Execute and support qualification and validation protocols for methods, equipment, and production lines; furthermore, ensure during validations that lot compliance and flow are guaranteed through the QN system so that no validation lot can be released without completion of the validation process. * Responsible for determining product and raw material risk through proper identification; if necessary, perform sampling and evaluation of reported materials, select, identify, and retain defective parts to ensure support for investigation results and traceability. * Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives, maintaining a zero-accident culture and 5S standards within the laboratory, as well as collaborate in work teams for problem resolution aimed at process optimization and cost reduction. **Academic Background and Previous Experience:** * Completed high school or technical career related to Chemistry or Biology * Incomplete professional degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field and/or one year of experience * Basic statistics * Knowledge of GPMS, ISO 2859 * Product inspection Required Skills Optional Skills . **Primary Work Location** ========================= MEX Cuautitlan Izcalli**Additional Locations** ======================== **Work Shift** ==============
