Description
Objective: To guarantee the strategic, safe, and cost-effective availability of chemical raw materials, packaging materials, and global logistics services through efficient and regulated procurement management. Ensuring continuous company operations, compliance with applicable regulations, and comprehensive optimization of the supply chain from planning to final delivery.
Requirements
* Required academic level: Bachelor's degree
* Required field of study (related): International Trade and Customs
* Experience: 6 months \- 1 year as Global Logistics and Procurement Assistant
* Knowledge and tools:
+ Knowledge of chemical transportation regulations (IMO, IATA, ADR, etc.).
+ Proficiency in international logistics and chemical procurement.
+ Familiarity with Incoterms and customs documentation.
+ Experience in International Trade or Foreign Trade
* Language(s):

Responsibilities and Activities
* Control and reduce logistics costs without compromising service levels.
* Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers.
* Request, analyze, and negotiate quotations, delivery terms, payment conditions, and contracts.
* Manage import and export procedures with customs brokers and authorities.
* Coordinate international shipments (ocean, air, and land).
* Optimize global supply chain processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ensure regulatory compliance.
* Resolve incidents and ensure product traceability.
* Supervise required documentation (Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, MSDS, etc.).
