You will perform operational tasks in solid thyroid granulation and blending processes, following production instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. You will complete quality records, maintain equipment and material cleanliness, and ensure in-process controls are met. You will also be responsible for quantifying processed units and reconciling received materials, thereby contributing to plant productivity. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and comply with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. You are expected to use personal protective equipment correctly and report any safety hazards. This position requires one year of experience in a similar role within the chemical-pharmaceutical industry. **Who You Are:** * Education: Secondary school, high school, and/or technical degree preferred. * Languages: Not required. * Competencies: Results-oriented, collaborative, growth-minded, owner mindset, and obsessed with customers and patients. * Desired knowledge of pharmaceutical product handling and Good Manufacturing Practices. * Familiarity with ISO14001:2004 and environmental management. * Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards. **What We Offer:** We are curious minds from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
