Identify and implement improvements in waste management JOIN OUR TEAM AS: **Waste Environmental Engineer** **Work Location: Lerma.** Requirements: * Environmental Engineering, Industrial Chemical Engineering, Sustainability Engineering, or related field (Degree holder) * 3 years of experience in waste management. * Experience with national and state environmental regulations. * Proficiency in SIREM * Completion of COA forms * Intermediate Excel skills * Intermediate English proficiency **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $21,000 to $24,000\. * Grocery vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Key Duties:** * Coordinate on-site collections with authorized companies for transportation and final disposal * Supervise the collection and transportation for final disposal of municipal solid waste, special handling waste, hazardous waste, and biological\-infectious waste, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Generate records and reports required by environmental authorities regarding waste-related matters. * Prepare waste manifests, shipping documents, emergency response sheets, and other waste-related documentation. * Ensure accurate recording of information and signatures on legal waste-related documents. * Manage physical and digital archives of waste management documents, ensuring proper tracking and recordkeeping. * Update Waste Management Plans, Waste Generation Records, and other required waste management documents such as CRIT and Annual Reports. * Identify opportunities to optimize waste management processes and develop an improvement plan.
