We have the best talent in the healthcare sector and encourage creativity and passion among our employees; therefore, we invite you to join us for the position: **Demand Planning Analyst** (Desirable background in supplies, medical devices, or medical materials) **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, industrial engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning. * Knowledge of the healthcare sector: medical materials, supplies, or devices (desirable). * Advanced Excel skills. * ERP system experience. **Responsibilities:** * Generate demand forecasts to support the materials requirements plan. * Generate demand forecasts to support the distribution requirements plan. * Execute inter-warehouse transfers according to the materials requirements plan. * Maintain constant communication with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Conduct inventory analysis to assess warehouse stock coverage and establish rotation strategies for slow-moving and non-moving products. * Prepare forecasts and/or sell-out reports for key strategic suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Gross monthly salary: $17,000 to $24,000\.** * Statutory benefits (including an additional 5 days in the year-end bonus \+ 10% extra vacation premium) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements after the 3rd month: Grocery vouchers, SGMM, SV, and Savings Fund. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Benito Juárez Borough, Col.
