I am seeking: Construction Site Supervision **Position Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the proper execution of projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, scheduled timelines, material quality, applicable regulations, and the company's internal processes. **Position Requirements:** Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in traffic signage, urban, pedestrian, or similar construction projects. **Technical Knowledge:** Reading of drawings and technical specifications. Cost estimation and construction control. Traffic signage regulations (SCT, NOMs, Road Signage Manuals). Quality control of materials and construction execution. Site safety and personnel management. **Technologies**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (basic\-intermediate), ERP or construction management software (preferred), Revit. Driver’s license: Valid. **Key Competencies:** Field leadership Planning and organization Results orientation Assertive communication Problem solving Working under pressure **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise on-site activities in accordance with project drawings and technical specifications. Verify the quality of installed materials based on standards and client requirements. Prepare construction progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). Quantify materials and resources required for construction execution. Prepare purchase requisitions and general estimates for payments. Coordinate field work teams and monitor their performance. Ensure adherence to scheduled execution timelines. Identify deviations during construction and propose corrective actions. Guarantee compliance with safety measures and current regulations for signage projects. Maintain continuous communication with clients, supervisors, and the technical office. Ensure efficient use of resources (materials, tools, equipment, and personnel). **We Offer:** Salary of $6,000 or $7,000 per week (tax-free), depending on experience. Statutory benefits.
