WE ARE SEEKING: **Construction Materials Procurement Manager.** **Position Purpose:** *"Negotiate supplies, construction materials, and service contracts to identify the optimal balance of cost, quality, and service. Ensure timely and accurate material supply in compliance with inventory and quality policies to guarantee optimal procurement costs and successful project execution."* **Requirements:** * "Mandatory" minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supply for construction projects * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of construction-related materials. * Understanding of procurement and material shipment processes. * Experience preparing balance sheets and inventory status reports. * ERP system experience preferred. * Analytical capability. * Attention to internal customers. * Supplier identification, prospecting, and evaluation. **How would you contribute to our growth?** * Develop cost-saving strategies, price containment measures, and resource efficiency initiatives. * Identify, evaluate, and select material and service suppliers. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure optimal terms regarding cost, quality, and delivery time. * Prepare quotation requests (including economic proposal, technical specifications, commercial terms, and guarantees / additional services), including special consumption requirements. * Create comparative tables for proposal analysis. * Draft agreements, purchase orders, contracts, or other instruments validating the negotiated outcome with the supplier. * Schedule material deliveries. * Prepare negotiation closure reports. * Monitor delivery schedules and verify against receiving documents. * Reconcile balances with suppliers. * Conduct weekly tracking of procurement flow. * Generate account statements per supplier, per contract, per item, or as required. * Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity and quality of supply. * Archive physical and digital documents. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary ranging from $24,000 to $28,000, based on qualifications and experience * Statutory benefits * Office hours Monday to Friday, plus Saturday morning * Location: San Pedro Garza García, N.L.
