Design strategies for attracting and converting providers We are looking for talent for the position: ***Transportation Procurement Coordinator*** ***\*\*\*\* National Distribution \*\*\*\**** Please send us your CV highlighting your experience in Attraction and Development of National Transportation Providers (dry van 53 feet). **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (verifiable, mandatory) * Recent \+4 years of experience in ***Prospecting - High-Level and Development of National Transportation Providers (53')*** * Experience in rate negotiation and provider development * Experience in managing work teams * Mandatory ***Active portfolio of transportation lines*** (53 feet nationwide) * Results-oriented with commitment to achieving objectives * Skills: proactivity, analytical ability, negotiation, and sense of urgency * Intermediate English desirable **Responsibilities:** * Develop and train the team in procurement of national transportation providers with 53' units * Ensure availability of required Transportation Lines (TLs) to support business growth * Design and implement strategies for attracting and converting providers * Execute actions to reduce churn and strengthen TL retention * Develop and monitor providers to ensure their operational performance * Verify that TLs meet customer requirements and standards * Monitor capacity vs. demand on priority routes * Identify capacity risks and activate mitigation plans * Negotiate rates, routes, and volumes with providers * Coordinate trip assignments and ensure operational compliance * Evaluate team performance and adjust strategy based on results **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary commensurate with experience * Monthly bonus for achievement of objectives * Superior benefits (life insurance, accident insurance, food vouchers, etc.) * Work location: CDMX, Cuauhtémoc Borough (near Glorieta Insurgentes) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:30 hrs, and Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs (24/7 availability required) ***We are building one of Mexico’s best logistics operations.
