Promoting a collaborative work environment ### **Production Supervisor – Workshop Area** We are looking for a **Production Supervisor** with strong leadership, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to coordinate **large and diverse operational teams**. This position is critical to ensuring operational continuity, achieving production, quality, and safety targets, as well as maintaining effective communication with **two departments and cross-functional areas**, each having distinct priorities. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise, coordinate, and lead the operational staff on your shift (**more than 30 employees**). * Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and established timelines. * Maintain consistent and aligned communication with various departments and management levels. * Promote a collaborative work environment by managing differing viewpoints and mediating conflicts. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose immediate solutions, prioritizing based on operational needs. * Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and internal guidelines. **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree (preferably **Industrial Engineering or related field**). * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in supervisory roles within production areas. * Proven experience leading **large teams (30 or more people)**. * Experience reporting to more than one department or manager (desirable). * Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and manage conflicts. * Strong sense of urgency, leadership, and communication skills. **We Offer** * **Monthly gross salary of $12,000 to $18,000 (depending on experience)** * **Weekly payment** * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS contributions \+ Monthly compensation based on performance (Production Programs and Project Coordination) * Cafeteria service * Continuous training * Excellent work environment * Work location: **Azcapotzalco**
