Production Supervisor for Healthy Desserts **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Technical degree, engineering degree, or bachelor's degree in food processing or food science * Experience in personnel management * Results-oriented * Experience in inventory management **Knowledge:** Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), personnel management, machinery and equipment operation, production forecasting, strategy, and working under pressure **Skills and Competencies:** Teamwork, results- and goal-oriented, proactive **Responsibilities:** * Oversight of the entire production area * Supervision of production strategies and plans * Production area reporting * Monitoring of raw materials, weighing and mixing of ingredients * In charge of product formulation planning on the production line * Labeling and packaging review * Planning and execution of production plans * Machinery operation planning * Implementation of quality procedures * Personnel management **Salary:** $15,000 MXN, statutory benefits **Rotating Shift:** *7:00 AM to 5:00 PM*, *11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday* Requirements\- Experience in the field.
