We are seeking a strategic leader to ensure operational profitability through technical optimization and maintenance of the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015\. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Process Engineering:** Design, implement, and optimize plant workflows (layout, line balancing, cycle times) to maximize productivity in sheet metal fabrication and welding, assembly, and commissioning processes per AWS D1\.1 \- ASME standards. * **Quality Management:** Ensure strict adherence to **ISO 9001:2015**, lead internal audits, support external audits, and manage performance indicators (KPIs). * **Production Control:** Supervise process standardization and ensure products meet technical specifications and national regulatory requirements. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to reduce scrap and operational costs. * **Team Leadership:** Manage and develop engineering and quality personnel, fostering an environment of high accountability and technical precision. * **STPS Compliance:** Coordinate documentary control compliance. * **Inspection:** Welding procedure specifications (WPS) and welder qualification (WPQ). * **Coordination:** Non-destructive testing (PT, VT) and hydrostatic testing. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Continuous improvement project management. * Teamwork. * Problem solving. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Empathy.
