Job Summary: Responsible for performing assembly, disassembly, and Level 1 TPM of plastic injection molds, providing support to engineering and production. Key Highlights: 1. Perform mold assembly, disassembly, and Level 1 TPM for injection molds. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems. 3. Provide support to plastic engineering and production areas. The Injection Mold Assembler is responsible for executing assembly (setup), disassembly, and Level 1 TPM on all plastic injection molds across the plant. **Education:** High School Diploma or Technical Degree **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of fasteners, hydraulic and pneumatic connections, and clamping methods. * Knowledge of industrial safety and international standards; adherence to work instructions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform mold assembly and disassembly according to preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mold refrigeration systems in machines. * Perform Level 1 TPM on plastic injection machines and molds. * Provide support to Plastic Engineering and production areas.
