Required Knowledge (Optional): \- Cleaning protocols for the work area (kitchen) \- Disinfection of fruits and vegetables \- Proper handling of proteins \- Knowledge of cross-contamination \- Dishwashing \- Sauce preparation Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
