Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant in Mérida to support food preparation, plating, organization, cleaning, and general kitchen area management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Consistent support to the kitchen team in food preparation and plating. 2. Maintaining order and cleanliness of utensils and surfaces. 3. Collaborating in the overall organization of the kitchen area. We need staff to work as kitchen assistants performing daily kitchen tasks in Mérida. Main duties include providing consistent support to the team during food preparation, assisting with plating dishes, maintaining order and cleanliness of utensils and work surfaces, and collaborating in the overall organization of the kitchen area to ensure smooth operations during service. This position offers an indefinite-term contract for full-time work. We seek a hardworking, cooperative individual capable of integrating into a dynamic team and following necessary instructions to guarantee quality and efficiency in meal preparation. A proactive attitude and willingness to undertake standard kitchen responsibilities will be highly valued.
