**JOB OBJECTIVE** Provide second-level technical support (L2\), manage and execute physical technology infrastructure projects (networks, cabling, CCTV), and perform in-depth maintenance on computing equipment, acting as the intermediate link to ensure business operational continuity. **EXPERIENCE**: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in internal technical support (HelpDesk L2\) and physical infrastructure. * Proven experience in structured cabling deployment and CCTV installation. * Advanced preventive and corrective hardware maintenance (PCs/Laptops) **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Deliver Level 2 technical support, resolving complex hardware and network incidents exceeding the scope of Level 1 Technicians\. * Install, configure, and maintain physical CCTV infrastructure (DVR/NVR configuration) and biometric access control systems (ZK). * Perform in-depth maintenance and component-level repair of computing equipment, physical servers, and printers. * Configure and administer network devices such as switches, routers, and access points (UniFi). * Carry out physical infrastructure tasks including cabling installation, auditing, and basic certification of structured cabling. * Provide end-to-end support for deploying new equipment, relocating workspaces, or launching new branches from a technological perspective. * Log, process, and close support tickets in the Odoo platform, ensuring compliance with internal SLAs.
