**Job Objective**
To plan, coordinate, and supervise **preventive and corrective infrastructure maintenance** activities, ensuring proper facility operation, vendor control, efficient budget administration, and timely execution of improvement and infrastructure projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise **preventive and corrective maintenance** of facilities.
* Coordinate and supervise external maintenance service **vendors**.
* Administer the **maintenance department budget**, controlling costs and resources.
* Supervise and monitor **fire protection systems** and regulatory compliance.
* Manage, develop, and execute **industrial and infrastructure projects**.
* Supervise ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Identify potential **technical risks or issues** and develop timely solutions.
* Prepare, control, and safeguard **technical documentation** for the department.
* Ensure compliance with **safety, order, and hygiene** standards in facilities.
**Requirements**
* **Minimum experience:** 3 years in infrastructure maintenance or a similar role.
* Solid knowledge of:
* Fire protection systems.
* Management of maintenance vendors.
* Budget administration.
* Spare parts and consumables warehouses.
* Industrial project management.
* Experience in **supervising operational staff**.
* Proficiency in handling technical documentation and reporting.
