Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Business Administration / Human Resources. (Degree certificate and professional license mandatory) *Experience:* **5 years** in a **Human Resources Generalist** position. **3 verifiable years** in **training**, including personnel development, occupational competency development, professional development plans, indicator compliance, and follow-up of the annual training plan. *Responsibilities:* Deliver onboarding courses for new hires. Follow up on training plans for new hires and promotions. Monitor implementation of the annual training plan according to the DNC and allocated budget. Maintain system records up to date to ensure current indicator data. Prepare quarterly training reports and supporting documentation demonstrating regulatory compliance within the Business Unit. Travel to various Business Units as required to fulfill training needs.
