Ensuring compliance with contractual and occupational health and safety (SST) standards **GENERAL SERVICES COORDINATOR** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Coordinate and supervise the delivery of general services, ensuring compliance with contractual standards, efficient resource management, and the well-being of operational staff. **REQUIRED PROFILE** Age: 30 years or older Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration degree, or related field Experience: 2 years managing personnel and customer service Marital Status: Any Gender: Any **AVAILABILITY** Schedule: Yes Travel: No Relocation: No Languages: Not required **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** • Verify staff attendance • Supervise compliance with contractual activities • Prepare service reports (RMDP, KPIs, monthly, annual) • Manage orders for supplies and tools • Administer resources, schedules, and pre\-payrolls • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (SST) standards **KEY SKILLS** • Monitoring and Control • Planning and Organization • Decision Making • Negotiation • Interpersonal Relationships **AUTHORITY** • Implement operational safety controls • Propose or modify sanctions for improper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Report incidents and improvements • Participate in occupational health and safety (SST) consultations **REGULATORY KNOWLEDGE** Proficiency in SEMARNAT, STPS, and SSA regulations related to environment, safety, hazardous substance handling, and pest control.
