(Reference: next to Liverpool’s CEDIS) **Work Modality:** On-site **Salary** **$40,000 to $45,000 Monthly** **About the Position** We are seeking a **Fleet Operations Manager** to lead and ensure the daily operations of the fleet area. This is a 100% field-based role, focused on execution, control, and compliance. The position requires constant presence on-site, direct supervision of personnel, and real-time decision-making. Prior experience in transportation is not mandatory. We seek solid experience leading operational teams in demanding environments such as manufacturing plants, production lines, warehouses, internal logistics, or distribution centers. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate vehicle departures and returns * Supervise drivers and assistants in the field * Manage vehicles, keys, and documentation * Ensure daily operational compliance * Address incidents in real time * Coordinate with other departments to prevent errors and deviations * Maintain order and control in the yard (including the alternate yard in Tepotzotlán) **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years leading operational staff * Preferred: degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, production, operations, occupational safety, or related field * Experience in operations (manufacturing plant, production, warehouse, logistics, or similar) * Demonstrable ability to lead teams in the field * Availability for 100% operational work (no office-based work) * Willingness to travel to other CEDIS locations **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) * Job stability with a solid, continuously growing company * Key role with direct impact on logistics and distribution operations * Dynamic, results-oriented work environment * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Indefinite-term, Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 \- $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Medical expense insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance Application Question(s): * What is your postal code?
