Support in production monitoring and process improvement **OPEN POSITION: ENGINEERING ASSISTANT** Cowboy Boot Footwear Company New Graduate / Professional Development We are looking for young talent eager to learn and grow within the footwear industry, specifically in the area of cowboy boot engineering and processes. **Profile** * Recently graduated in Industrial Engineering, Production Processes, Manufacturing, or related field. * No age restrictions. * Interest in production and process improvement. * Responsible, organized, and eager to learn. * Basic Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in monitoring production processes. * Preparation and updating of forms and reports. * Time and motion studies. * Monitoring production performance indicators. * Support in implementing line improvements. * Coordination with operational departments and production. * Support in weekly payroll processing **We Offer** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunities. * Discounted cafeteria * Medical services * Parking Work Location: Southern zone (near Olimpica Ave.) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, half-day.
