




Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Chef dedicated to healthy, high-quality cuisine to lead kitchen operations and create gastronomic experiences aligned with well-being. Propose improvements and new wellness gastronomic experiences. **Chef** We are looking for a Chef passionate about healthy, high-quality cuisine who will lead kitchen operations and contribute to creating gastronomic experiences aligned with well-being, while also ensuring proper ingredient management and supplier relations. Required Profile * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chef or Kitchen Manager. * Experience in **brunch, healthy cuisine, or contemporary concepts**. * Experience in **cost control, inventory management, and ingredient management**. * Experience in dealing with **suppliers and basic administrative follow-up**. * Leadership and organizational skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and update **brunch and restaurant menus** with a health-focused and appealing approach. * Supervise food preparation, presentation, and quality. * Manage daily kitchen operations (production, timing, order, and cleanliness). * Administer **inventory, ingredient control, and area costs**. * Manage **supplier relationships** (selection, negotiation, and follow-up). * Coordinate orders, goods receipt, and ingredient quality control. * Follow up on **area payment management**, coordinated with administration. * Lead and coordinate the kitchen team. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Propose improvements and new gastronomic experiences aligned with the wellness concept. **We Offer** * Salary: $14,500 net * Statutory benefits * Staff cafeteria, beverages * Special discounts * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with a midweek break from 9 AM to 5 PM * Location: Toluca city center Salary: $13,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
