Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to perform residential, commercial, and industrial maintenance, including specialized cleaning and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Performs various maintenance tasks and administrative duties. 2. Requires physical strength and agility for the job. 3. Opportunity for an indefinite-term contract. **DAYS AND HOURS**: Monday to Saturday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM (on Saturdays, we aim to finish slightly earlier) **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Residential, commercial, and industrial maintenance. Specifically: Carpet cleaning, living room cleaning, mattress cleaning, water tank cleaning, rooftop water tank cleaning, general cleaning. * Collecting and delivering carpets and merchandise. * Administrative work. **REQUIREMENTS** * Physical strength. Regular carpet washing requires certain physical strength and agility. * Driver's license currently valid (preferred).
