REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in accounting. * Student of accounting or administration. * Organized. * Analytical. * Motivated to improve. * Sense of urgency. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Financial and accounting management. * Accounting recordkeeping in the system (preparation of journal entries) for company operations (payroll, purchases, general expenses). * Review of accounting journal entries to ensure accurate entry (purchases\-payroll\-general expenses). * Control/review of invoices issued to the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). * Accounts payable (monitoring supplier balances, utility services, corporate credit cards, tax payments). * Use of CONTPAQi\- payroll system (data entry for weekly and biweekly payroll processing). * Management/handling of petty cash (general expenses). * Payment processing and control (suppliers, payroll, contractors, taxes). * Use of IDSE portal and SUA program. * Bank reconciliation: periodic updates and review of balances/average balances for required disbursements.
