**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:** Supervise and generate, timely and accurately, annual budgets, forecasts, projections, reports, financial models, among others, in order to provide key and accurate information for decision-making by the Manager of Strategic Planning and Treasury and the Finance Director, in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies. **JOB PROFILE:** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business-administrative field. Degree conferred. + MBA or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Finance, Business) desirable * Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic or financial planning, credit analysis and/or preparation of financial information, development of financial models and analysis. Knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS accounting standards. * Software: Office suite, advanced Excel skills, Visual Basic programming, Power BI, creation of financial dashboards, ERP systems (Oracle Oracle/TM1\). * Advanced or bilingual English (direct communication with the United States). **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Collaborate with the Manager of Strategic Planning and Treasury to review various monthly financial reports, such as the Flash and Variance Analysis Report, aimed at explaining financial variances between projections and the Company's actual performance. * Create, develop, and implement necessary financial reports for daily operations, such as customer performance, account variations, projections, etc., for management, by business unit and consolidated, to support operational and financial monitoring of the company. * Prepare forecasts requested by the Corporate team (10Y plan, Budget, Forecast, Risk \& Opportunities), working closely with the Manager of Strategic Planning and Treasury and the Finance Director, ensuring timely delivery of each report to the Corporate team. Responsible for projected figures. * * Follow up with various departments on the execution of assigned budgets, monitor variances, and involve them in the preparation of each forecast.
