Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to maintain accounting records, prepare financial statements, file tax returns, and manage accounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Flexible working hours **Responsibilities:** · Maintain up-to-date accounting books. · Keep accounting information current with all supporting documentation via data entry into software (preferably owned by the company). · Prepare and submit financial statements along with their respective notes, according to the periodicity agreed upon with the company. · Prepare national tax returns, including required annexes. · Prepare information for submission to tax authorities (SAT). · Perform any other duties as mutually agreed upon based on the company’s needs. **Activities:** \- Preparation of financial statements \- Preparation of working papers for tax calculations \- Calculation and filing of tax obligations (provisional payments, DIOT, annual returns, etc.) \- Calculation and payment of taxes; annual tax return \- Submission of performance reports to company directors Other Functions: \- Invoice management, accounts receivable and accounts payable \- Bank reconciliations \- Preparation of journal entries and other documentation required for accounting **Requirements:** \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting \- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience in accounting and taxation. \- Age: Open to candidates aged 28–40 \- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office suite \- Proficiency in CONTPAQ and NOMIPAQ software Salary Range: $25,000–$27,000 per month, before taxes Benefits: \- Vacation entitlement starting from the first year \- Accelerated learning curve \- Promotion opportunities starting from the second year Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
