This is not a static role: you’ll start by executing foundational tasks and grow into full leadership of warehouse operations as the factory scales. We seek "owners" eager to transform the outdoor living market with us. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * **Execute inbound processes:** Impeccably receive, inspect, and scan all incoming materials into our ERP/WMS. * **Master outbound flow:** Ensure every custom pergola kit is packed with 100% accuracy and fully complies with our premium packaging standards. * **Inventory control:** Conduct periodic cycle counts and stock audits to guarantee that the digital system perfectly reflects the physical reality of the warehouse. * **Process optimization:** Propose and implement improvements to warehouse layout and workflow as production volume increases. * **Operational liaison:** Serve as the primary point of contact for all floor operations, fluidly alternating between physical unloading and digital system management. **Requirements** -------------- * **Experience:** 1–3 years of verifiable experience in fast-paced warehouse or logistics environments. * **Attention to detail:** A structured mindset capable of identifying labeling or stock errors before they impact customers. * **Technical skills:** Technical comfort with ERP/WMS tools, handheld scanners, and tablets to maintain digital inventory integrity. * **Hands\-on attitude:** A "no task is too small" mindset—willing to do the heavy lifting today to build efficient systems for tomorrow. * **Growth ambition:** A growth-oriented mindset with the clear goal of evolving from an operational coordinator to a Warehouse Manager role. * **Languages:** Native Spanish fluency and advanced English proficiency to hold conversations and draft detailed reports in global software tools. **Your Growth Path** ---------------------------- This role is designed to scale with you.
