Job Summary: We are seeking an unarmed Store Guard to assist with surveillance and security of the branch, maintaining order and preventing losses. Key Highlights: 1. Security role focused on store loss prevention and order maintenance. 2. Unarmed position with seller-style dress code. 3. General support in cleaning, security, and merchandise inspection. Position: Store Guard (Unarmed) Location: Outlet Deportes Outlet Deportes, a 100% Mexican retail company specializing in sports goods, is looking for a Store Guard to provide floor-level assistance and surveillance, ensuring branch order and security. _____________________________________________________________________ ️ Main Responsibilities * Inspect backpacks according to internal protocols. * Prevent and detect potential shoplifters. * Record and track logs, inventories, goods receipt, and supplier merchandise inspections. * Provide general support for store order, cleaning, and security. Important: * This is an UNARMED position. * Tactical uniforms or command-style attire are NOT used. * Dress code is similar to that of a store sales associate. _____________________________________________________________________ We Offer * Net monthly salary: $10,000 * Inventory bonus: $800 (applies with 0% shrinkage) * Weekly payment: $2,233 * 100% tax-free income * Bank transfer payment (BBVA preferred; other banks accepted). Why is the weekly payment $2,333 if the monthly salary is $10,000? According to the Federal Labor Law, salaries are calculated based on the daily wage, regardless of whether payment is made weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The calculation proceeds as follows: First, determine the daily wage. The monthly salary is always divided by 30 days: 10,000÷30=333.33 This is the daily wage. Then multiply by the payment frequency.
