




1\) Ensure that all motorcycles are in optimal operating condition and that they are replaced every 3 years. 2\) Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. 3\) Establish efficient routes and schedules for product delivery. 4\) Maintain control of the motorcycle inventory. 5\) Propose, supervise, and follow up on the use of safety equipment and uniforms for motorcyclists. 6\) Monitor the performance and productivity of delivery personnel. 7\) Manage the vacation program for motorcyclists without affecting operations. 8\) Ensure that delivery personnel comply with traffic regulations and safety standards; manage and reduce fines. 9\) Implement and supervise road safety and defensive driving training programs. 10\) Keep updated records of licenses, insurance, permits, and certifications required for service operations. 11\) Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for motorcycle maintenance. 12\) Place orders for parts and ensure their timely availability. 13\) Analyze and control operational costs related to the fleet. 14\) Implement strategies to reduce fuel consumption and other operational expenses. 15\) Use tracking and monitoring systems to supervise the location and usage of motorcycles. 16\) Generate periodic reports on fleet and delivery personnel performance. 17\) Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. 18\) Maintain accurate records of all activities related to fleet management. 19\) Resolve conflicts or operational issues that may arise on a daily basis.
