**HALITOR is seeking a Junior Buyer in Atizapán, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------ Join our great team! A leading industrial dining company is looking for its next **Junior Buyer**. **What do we need from you?** Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in procurement for restaurants or industrial dining facilities. Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Distintivo H, waste management, PEPS (First In, First Out), and input yield analysis. Negotiation: Experience dealing with suppliers of meat, groceries, dairy, vegetables, and disposable items. **Your responsibilities will include:** Verifying that purchase requirements are correctly specified to authorize purchase orders and forward them to the corresponding suppliers. Tracking deliveries at the designated location to prevent supply shortages. Sourcing, selecting, and developing food and beverage suppliers. Monitoring delivery compliance and managing solutions for potential failures. Preparing quotations and comparative purchase tables for assigned purchases. Participating in optimization and cost-saving strategies. Cost analysis. Effective and solution-oriented communication. Organized and proactive. Existing supplier network. **What do we offer?** Salary: $14,000 net monthly, paid biweekly (rapid growth based on experience). Statutory benefits. Office hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.; Saturdays, 09:00 am–12:00 pm. We are located 5 minutes from Galerías Atizapán.
