Currently, we are seeking committed talent eager to join a strong, professional, and continuously growing team. **What are we looking for?** * Age: 18 to 58 years old. * Education: Primary school. * Experience: Not required. * Availability: Willingness to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). **Your main responsibilities:** Cleaning and sanitization of work areas (pharmaceutical protocols). Box assembly, labeling, and product packaging. Organizing raw materials and finished products. Supporting semi-automated and manual production lines. **Monthly rotating shifts** * Morning shift: Monday to Saturday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. * Afternoon shift: Monday to Saturday — Monday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. * Night shift: Monday to Friday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. **We offer:** * Salary: $9,480 gross monthly. * **Statutory benefits:** Social security, vacation days, vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing, etc. * **Additional benefits:** * Savings fund: 7% * Grocery vouchers: $1,200 * Punctuality bonus: $200 * Attendance bonus: $200 * Annual bonus (15 days’ salary) * Overtime pay * Direct employment contract with the company * Free uniform and laundry service * Weekly payments (Fridays) * No probationary week or payroll delay * Indefinite-term contract * Employee discount * Career growth Work location: Cda.
