We are a great team and would be delighted to have you join us! **What We Expect** ----------------- **Objective:** * Manage quality, planning, development, coordination, and monitoring of all supplier activities for stamped parts—from supplier nomination through to series production start-up—in accordance with group guidelines and specific customer requirements, aiming to reduce quality costs attributable to low supplier performance. * Ensure successful program launches. * Manage the APQP process with external suppliers. * Ensure all new components meet specifications and that the supplier’s process is capable of delivering parts for series production. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for project management and development of new external components—from nomination of the new project to the external supplier until component release for series production. * Ensure effective development interfaces among Purchasing, Project Leader, Quality Management, and the external supplier. * Manage and monitor the quality planning defined for the component’s supplier. Guarantee the supplier understands and implements tkP requirements via Process Readiness Audits (PRA). * Analyze and address quality issues related to external suppliers during the component development phase and implement appropriate measures for continuous improvement. * Develop potential suppliers. * Provide technical support to series production when required. * Ensure continuous improvement and management of our supplier base as the technical and quality representative in the manufacturing process of the relevant commodity. * Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality departments to support new program launches. * Conduct initial process validation and process readiness audits at the external supplier. * Continuous improvement of product and manufacturing processes. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** 3 years of experience applying and implementing quality tools as a product and/or mechanical process specialist (stamping preferred). >5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
