Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure compliance with hospital procurement requirements by managing orders, suppliers, and administrative processes related to supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance We are looking for a responsible individual to ensure compliance with the hospital’s procurement requirements, efficiently managing orders, suppliers, and administrative processes related to supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree with official diploma and professional license in administrative or related fields (Mandatory). * Experience in procurement or supply chain within the healthcare sector (Desirable). * Proficiency in administrative systems and controls (SAP desirable). * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 9:00–14:00 hrs. Main Responsibilities: * Manage and track orders from various hospital departments. * Request equipment rentals from authorized suppliers. * Process internal requisitions originating from all hospital departments. * Supervise and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance—both functional and aesthetic—for the hospital facility with external suppliers. * Verify, create, and update purchase orders, ensuring accurate alignment among prices, quantities, and supply specifications. * Prepare comparative charts featuring multiple supplier options to support decision-making. * Validate supplier documentation and ensure deliveries meet established timelines and requirements. * Track purchase orders from issuance through final delivery at the hospital. * Collect supplies from suppliers when necessary. * Review, reconcile, and close purchase orders in the system. * Attend to suppliers and manage related administrative requests. * Gather documentation required for onboarding new suppliers. * Generate reports on material delivery effectiveness and purchase order placement status.
