Implement and improve internal procurement processes **ARCONDEC** *We are a company specializing in the electrical and civil sectors, seeking a strategic-thinking Purchasing Manager with solid experience and the ability to lead the complete acquisition and supply process for materials, equipment, and essential services required for operations.* This position requires a highly organized profile, strong negotiation skills, supplier development capability, and continuous improvement of internal procurement processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise the entire procurement cycle: requisition, quotation, evaluation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and follow-up. * Manage and expand the supplier catalog, ensuring quality, compliance, and competitiveness. * Conduct specialized procurement in the electrical and civil sectors (preferred). * Plan and manage logistics for material and service deliveries. * Analyze prices, compare proposals, and ensure optimal commercial terms. * Maintain databases, reports, and documentation in Excel and administrative systems. * Implement, standardize, and improve internal procurement department processes. * Validate catalogs of concepts specific to the electrical and civil sectors (preferred). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education or incomplete university degree. * Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the electrical or construction sector. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. * Excellent proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. * Flexible working hours availability. **WE OFFER** * Salary: $20,000 – $25,000 net per month * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Indefinite-term employment contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Professional development and career growth opportunities * Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm * Work location: Cumbres Area, Monterrey, N.L.
