Participation in strategic decision-making PROCUREMENT MANAGER JOB OBJECTIVE: Plan, direct, and control the procurement and supply process for construction materials, ensuring timely delivery to construction sites, as well as optimal cost, quality, and time conditions. REQUIREMENTS: \* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. (MANDATORY) \* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as head of the procurement department, preferably within the construction industry. \* Proven experience in purchasing construction materials and supplies for construction projects. \* Solid experience in negotiation and cost analysis. \* Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. \* Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and results-oriented mindset. \* Personnel management experience. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, supplies, and services required for construction projects. \* Develop, evaluate, and standardize suppliers in the construction sector (e.g., construction materials, hardware, concrete, finishes, etc.). \* Maintain an updated supplier registry. \* Negotiate prices, contracts, volumes, and commercial terms. \* Monitor budgets, generate savings reports, and conduct cost analyses. \* Authorize purchase orders and coordinate deliveries to construction sites. \* Coordinate with operational departments, construction teams, and finance to ensure timely supply. \* Ensure administrative, documentary control, and compliance with procurement policies. \* Track purchase requisitions.
