Job Summary: We are seeking a student for a professional internship in the Purchasing department, supporting report preparation, incident management, purchase order tracking, and supplier negotiations. We are leaders in our businesses and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. **Hello,** We are offering a new professional internship opportunity in the **Purchasing** department. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and tracking of Purchasing department reports. * Support in managing and resolving incidents related to supplier invoice payments. * Tracking of purchase orders and validation of information with suppliers. * Support in negotiation processes with suppliers regarding clarifications, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Control, analysis, and archiving of administrative and contractual documentation. * Support in administrative tasks and continuous improvement initiatives within the Purchasing department. **Required Profile:** * Students majoring in: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical-Administrative Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * English: Advanced level. * Excel: Intermediate – Advanced. * Effective communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organizational, analytical, and information-tracking capabilities. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm **Availability:** Part-time (professional internship) **Offered:** Monthly stipend and opportunity for professional development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
