Objective: Develop and implement strategic negotiations for construction materials, supplies, and/or assets under optimal business conditions. Manage timely supply of materials and supplies required for the expansion and renovation of CHRISTUS MUGUERZA facilities. Responsibilities: * Develop sustainable negotiations over time under optimal conditions to generate business value. * Develop a reliable supplier catalog aligned with business guidelines and market best practices. * Monitor execution of established budgets and identify out-of-scope categories to coordinate their inclusion within the procurement model. * Identify and build effective relationships with category stakeholders. * Consolidate and analyze category demand, supplier capabilities, and logistical resources to ensure adherence to supply plans across various projects. * Develop supplier performance dashboards and evaluations, and implement actions to maintain parameters within control. Highest Educational Level: Completed undergraduate degree (Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Business, or International Commerce). Master’s degree (desirable) Requirements: * Willingness to travel to facilities * Willingness to travel * Experience in procurement, supply, negotiations, and purchasing of construction materials and supplies, as well as construction processes. * Strategic vision, relationship building, effective communication, goal orientation, teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills * Procurement, supply chain, logistics, purchasing * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles (Procurement Coordinator or Construction Procurement Manager) Location: Av.
