Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Manager to define category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize inventory within the wine, liquor, and beverage sector. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze sales, profitability, and optimize inventory. **PROCUREMENT MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS** **\* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Business, Marketing, or related field.** **\* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or category management in retail.** **\*** **Specific experience in wines, liquors, or alcoholic beverages (highly desirable).** **\* Experience negotiating with domestic suppliers and importers.** **\* Experience managing multiple branches or regional operations.** **\* Strong command of commercial topics (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Commercial Coaching for team development, Market Research, Sales Processes) and Strategic Planning.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Define category-specific procurement strategies: wines (domestic and imported), distilled spirits, craft beers, and related gourmet products. * Build and maintain a balanced portfolio (entry-level, mid-tier, and premium) aligned with regional consumer profiles. * Negotiate pricing, discounts, rebates, commercial terms, and exclusivities; develop strategic relationships with suppliers, importers, wineries, and producers. * Evaluate supplier performance (price, service, delivery times, quality). * Plan optimal inventory levels to avoid overstock or stockouts. * Monitor expiration dates, shrinkage, and slow-moving inventory—especially premium wines. * Analyze sales, forecasts, and profitability by category and supplier; monitor key performance indicators: sell\-in, sell\-out, inventory, fill rate, and margin. * Prepare procurement budgets and conduct monthly follow-up. **WE OFFER:** **\* Monthly salary: $40,000** **\* Statutory benefits plus grocery vouchers and punctuality & attendance bonuses** **\* Work schedule: Monday to Saturday** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
