Negotiate prices, delivery times, and supply terms Manage and optimize the procurement process for materials and components—including electrical, electronic, and mechanical items—ensuring timely supply with optimal cost, quality, and delivery time conditions for company projects and operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, select, and evaluate domestic and international suppliers of equipment, spare parts, and materials for control and automation. * Negotiate prices, delivery times, payment terms, and supply contracts. * Manage purchase orders in ERP/administrative systems and track them through to final delivery. * Coordinate with project, engineering, and warehouse departments to ensure availability of critical materials. Conduct cost comparisons and quotation analyses to support decision-making. * Monitor inventory levels and support strategic procurement planning. * Ensure compliance with quality standards for procured materials and services. * Maintain an up-to-date database of reliable suppliers.
