Negotiate with foreign suppliers Job Description **Job Objective** Strategically manage domestic and international procurement processes to ensure timely supply, cost optimization, and supplier quality, aligned with the company's operational and growth requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers * Supplier development and evaluation * Coordinate international procurement (imports) * Track purchase orders and delivery timelines * Analyze costs, budgets, and cost-saving strategies * Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production departments * Oversee import processes (documentation, timelines, costs) * Jointly manage inventory control with internal departments * Handle supplier-related incidents * Prepare procurement department reports and KPIs * Participate in strategic sourcing planning **Required Profile** * Minimum **3–5 years of procurement experience**, preferably international * Experience negotiating with foreign suppliers * Knowledge of import procedures * **Intermediate–advanced English (mandatory)** * Negotiation and analytical skills * Leadership and decision-making abilities * Results-oriented mindset with focus on cost optimization **Job Challenges** **Optimize costs without compromising quality** * Manage import timelines in dynamic environments * Maintain strong relationships with international suppliers * Ensure continuous availability of materials for uninterrupted operations We look forward to your application!
