Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in grocery or retail purchasing to ensure product supply, manage suppliers, and identify new products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product supply management and supplier relationship 2. Development of new suppliers and product sourcing 3. Preparation of price comparison charts and reporting We Are Looking For: * Experience in purchasing (grocery or retail in general) * Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience (retail experience preferred) * Technical diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (reporting in Excel, price comparison charts, macros, and lookup and reference functions) * Willingness to travel (frequent) **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure adequate product supply based on ROP stock levels * Invoice processing and payment to assigned suppliers * Development of new suppliers * Sourcing of new products * Preparation of price comparison charts * Scheduling and timely follow-up with assigned suppliers * Tracking of authorizations and submission of reports to management Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: Starting at $8,600\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
