A leading company in the food industry is looking for your talent as a Purchasing/Indirect Procurement Specialist. **Requirements:** * With or without experience * Must reside in Naucalpan or surrounding areas. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field (student completing degree or graduate) * Results-oriented * Teamwork skills **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with authorized purchase requisitions for all departments * Review and track supplier payments. * Identify alternative procurement options, ensuring quality and competitive pricing. * Manage suppliers of indirect materials and services. * Carry out required administrative procedures to complete purchases * Ensure compliance with service and indirect material specifications * Generate supplier evaluation reports across all categories and provide the list to each responsible user who requested the service, so they can conduct their respective evaluation, return it completed to the Indirect Procurement and Services Buyer, who will maintain an electronic archive of such evaluations by corresponding month per the Procurement Policy, and provide annual feedback to suppliers * Prepare Comparative Analysis Charts to support purchasing decisions jointly with the Procurement Manager * . **We offer:** · Salary: $10,000.00 net monthly · Statutory benefits · Direct employment with the company · Food vouchers **Working hours:** · Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Work location: Prol.
