




Efficiently manage the procurement of products, supplies, and services necessary for the proper operation of the company, ensuring the best conditions in terms of quality, price, and delivery time, in accordance with established guidelines. **Responsibilities:** * Request, compare, and negotiate quotes with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and follow up on their fulfillment. * Identify new suppliers, evaluate them, and maintain business relationships. * Monitor and update price lists, purchasing conditions, and delivery times. * Ensure timely supply of materials and supplies. * Coordinate with warehouse, production, and other departments to identify purchasing needs. * Maintain control of minimum and maximum inventory levels. * Keep the procurement system (ERP or similar) updated. * Participate in supplier audit and quality control processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience (preferably in industrial, food, or related sectors). * Knowledge of negotiation, logistics, and inventory control. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Intelisis, etc.) desirable. * Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * High sense of urgency and responsibility. **We offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Work location: San Juan del Río **Interested?** Send your updated CV to the email: juanita.perez@elcardenal.mx Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
